Bella Vista Salon Minority Serving Institutions Speakers: Marla Franco, Daniel Sestiaga Jr., Jimmy Hart Minority serving institutions graduate about 28% of college going students, as reported in 2017, yet many high school students are unaware that these institutions exist, or know how to apply to them. Come her representatitves give perspectives on Tribal Colleges & Universities, Historically Black Colleges & Universities, and Hispanic Serving Institutions. These representatives will share information about what minority serving institutions are, where many are located, how students can apply, and why they might be beneficial for students to attend.
