Simone Charles is a UA Alumni from Flagstaff, Arizona. After receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and teaching 2nd grade for two years in the Tucson Unified School District, Simone is returning to campus to pursue a Master’s degree in Higher Education. Her passion for student affairs and background in k-12 education has given her the opportunity to serve as the graduate assistant for EAO’s College Knowledge Initiatives planning the College Knowledge for Counselors and College Knowledge for Parents events. Simone is excited to help EAO’s work in fostering a college-going culture within the Tucson community.
