Zulema Fragoso
Zulema Fragoso was born in Nogales, Mexico. Upon entering university she had no idea what FAFSA or scholarships meant. It was through different life experiences that she learned how to navigate throug the system and was able to completer her degree and late on two masters degrees. She has been a school counselor for high school fro the past thirteen years first at Rio Rico High School and currently at Nogales High School. Zulema was awarded the College Success Arizona "Star Award," recognized for increasing high school graduation rates as well as financial aid increases in Nogales High School. In addition, she has presented at events such as College Knowledge for Parents and College Knowledge for Counselors. She has invited as the guest speaker for The Workforce in Action - One Stop graduation. |
